If you have purchased a piece of Jewellery from us, please book your free 30 minute Jewellery fitting session today. We are unable to fit jewellery that has been purchased elsewhere.
Cancellation Policy
Please note we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for the following: An appointment that is cancelled with less than 3 hours notice. An appointment that is not attended/client does not show. An appointment where the client is 10 or more minutes late. An appointment that can not go ahead because client and/or parent can not provide the correct ID We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
