We also provide aftercare and free Jewellery consultations for customers wanting to find out more about our Jewellery selection.

Previously known as Onyx Body Piercing (opened on the 13th September 2018), our studio was originally based in Walsall, where we built a loyal client base and a strong reputation for quality and care. With our rebrand to Vela Body Piercing and relocation to central Birmingham, we’re proud to continue offering the same exceptional service in a vibrant new setting. Of course there are plenty of bus and train options, as well as parking options such as the nearby Snow Hill multi storey car park.

Our experienced piercer, Hannah, is passionate about creating a comfortable and bespoke experience for every client. Whether you're new to piercing or a seasoned enthusiast, we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Our services cover a full range of ear, facial, and body piercings — from lobes, helix, tragus, daith, and conch, to nose, septum, lip, navel, and nipple piercings. Under our previous name, we also offered laser tattoo removal, helping clients transition from old ink to new beginnings. The tattoo removal service is currently unavailable, however we may bring back in the future.
