If you're not sure about what you would like to get, or you would like to discuss any ideas about piercing projects, then our free consultation is perfect for you. We are here to help bring your ideas to life and answer any questions you may have either on piercings or Jewellery options. Here at Vela we stock a range of high quality Jewellery brands such as NeoMetal, BVLA, Anatometal, Industrial Strength, Bodygems and LeRoi. If we don't happen to have the piece you you really like, we will of course be on hand to either order in that piece or offer you alternatives that would look equally stunning. Cancellation Policy
Please note we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for the following: An appointment that is cancelled with less than 3 hours notice. An appointment that is not attended/client does not show. An appointment where the client is 10 or more minutes late. An appointment that can not go ahead because client and/or parent can not provide the correct ID We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
